Help Us Help Others
Each $100 helps us deliver 1,000 lbs. of food or 100 articles of clothing, toys, and books
I’d like to donate to White Pony Express
As an all-volunteer organization, we have very low overhead and your contributions really go to work. Every dollar donated represents ten pounds of food delivered to those in need, or ten items of clothing, toys, or books. All donations are used for the operational expenses and operational capital costs of White Pony Express, to maintain and expand our programs throughout Contra Costa County. White Pony Express is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN # 46-5220565. All donations are 100% tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. For questions about donations and other sponsorship opportunities, please contact Gary Conner at (925) 788-0146, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
For check or money order donations,
please make payable to White Pony Express and mail to:

AmazonSmile is a way to do your regular shopping at Amazon and contribute to White Pony Express. Simply go to AmazonSmile and choose White Pony Express as your charity. Amazon will then donate 0.5% of eligible purchases to White Pony Express. More information on the program can be found here.
Many companies match, double or even triple financial donations made by their employees, employee spouses and even retirees. Check your company’s website or human resources department to inquire about its matching gifts policy.
Many companies offer “workplace giving” programs. A set amount of funding might be designated for charities, and employees have the opportunity to nominate the programs they support. WPE outreach team members are available to make in-person presentations, and we are happy to supply whatever support materials might be requested. If you’re ready to go, please fill out our Request a Speaker form here.
Larger companies, such as Bank of America, often match volunteer hours with corporate funds. For example, Bank of America employees who volunteer 100 hours in a year are eligible to receive a $500 matching grant.
We look forward to developing long-term partnerships with local businesses, service clubs, civic and municipal groups who want to do their part in supporting the disadvantaged in our community. . Multi-faceted partnerships might include a variety of engagement opportunities including employee volunteer engagement, event sponsorships, grants and in-kind gifts and services. Check out our Volunteer page to see some of these partnerships that developed during the two short years that WPE has existed. See our Wish List page for most needed items and services here.
