Hundreds of volunteers make White Pony Express possible. They volunteer with us because they believe in our mission and know they are helping neighbors with unmet and urgent needs.
Food Rescue
Our Food Rescue Program addresses a problem that every food market faces: what to do with surplus fresh food. WPE picks up this high-quality surplus food from large distributors, supermarkets, restaurants, and farmers markets and delivers it to organizations that feed hungry people. Our deliveries are always free of charge and based on the specific preferences of the 80+ non-profit agencies we serve.

General Store
The White Pony General Store promotes economic independence by providing high quality new and like-new clothing, books, toys, and emergency supplies. Our General Store is regularly contacted by agencies whose clients do not have basic necessities or are looking for on the job attire. We respond by setting up clothing closets, organizing drive-thru giveaways, and creating wardrobes for individual clients based on their preferences.
We're glad you're here!
