Will you consider including White Pony Express in your will?
If yes, we have provided language for you to consider:

General Bequest: “I give and bequeath to White Pony Express the sum of $______

(or a specific piece of property) to be used as the Board of Directors directs.”

Bequest of Percentage of Your Estate: “I give and bequeath____% of my estate to White Pony Express.”

Bequest of a Residue: Provide for White Pony Express after all other bequests are fulfilled. “The rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, wherever situated, I give and bequeath to White Pony Express to be used as the Board of Directors directs.”

Contingent Bequest: Provide for White Pony Express if any of the other beneficiaries are unable to receive their bequests: “Should (name of person) predecease me, the portion of my estate going to (name of person) I give and bequeath to White Pony Express to be used as the Board of Directors directs.”

You can also name White Pony Express as a beneficiary of your:

Retirement Plan Assets: Your IRA, 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified tax deferment plan may be heavily taxed if left to anyone other than a legally recognized spouse. In naming White Pony Express as a beneficiary of all or a portion of a retirement plan, you avoid potentially substantial estate and income taxes.

Insurance: If you have a life insurance policy you no longer need, you may consider transferring ownership to White Pony Express. You may also purchase a new policy and later name White Pony Express as the owner and beneficiary. Either gift generates a charitable gift deduction. The payment of premiums on behalf of White Pony Express will also enable you to claim income tax charitable deductions.
