The Abundance of Spring - Doubled by 3 Angels
We're thrilled to announce that Luis Gerardo del Valle Torres, Heart’s Path Foundation and David Gemmer have each pledged $100,000 in matching funds for all financial donations and pledges made to WPE in the next 60 days.
What the three generous angel pledges mean is that your financial gifts to White Pony Express are matched dollar for dollar now through June 15th up to $300,000. The challenge for all of us together is to raise $300,000 from the community of support that has grown up around us over the past 5 years.
If we meet this spring goal, (and we're counting on so many to help get us there), an impressive $600,000 of our 2 million dollar annual funding need will be available to us now to continue to bring much needed fresh food, clothing, goods and services to our neighbors who often go without these basic needs.
